We think this will be an excellent fit as AIDR has effectively replaced the Australian Emergency Management College at Mt Macedon. Amongst its wide ranging activities, it manages the Volunteer Leadership Program, the Resilient Australia Awards, the Knowledge Hub, the National Emergency Management Handbooks and numerous conferences. The AIDR website is http://aidr.org.au

This training is 45-60 minutes and can be done at your own pace. It is full of useful learnings and tools to help you discover and grow your leadership capabilities.
